Storm Arnold

2021

Off Site, Recreational Ground, Thames Side Gallery
4KHD film 00:07:58s

Storm Arnold, follows human and non-human film Extras from the sci-fi motion picture Total Recall (1990). They come together to re-enact the final scene of Total Recall (1990). Where Arnold Schwarsengers character terreforms the planet Mars.

Leaning upon collective memory, the film Extras rebell against their pre-ordained narrative, in an attempt to rupture the original ending of the film. In doing, the Extras employ improvisation in the hope of reimaging their combined ecoligcal and collective narrative.
